Eat a Carrot

To kick off my new blog I thought I would post a like to my recent internet radio interview. Michael Scott of KPASSA and I had a discussion about health and what it really means to be healthy. Just like my patients hear in my office every day, there are 5 pillars of health:
  • Nutrition

  • Sleep
  • Chiropractic care

Together they represent all we need to manifest our potential, in health and in life.
